Hope Ingram is an All American

The United Soccer Coaches named its All American team on July 10 and our very own Hope Ingram was named to this prestigious team. Hope is the only public school representative from North Carolina and the only person from western NC to make this team.

The 2019 Women’s All-State Awards Ceremony will take place this Sunday, June 2nd, at 2pm at Cary High School.

The NCSCA All-Star roster includes Kennedy Rucker ! She will play on July 16 at MacPherson Stadium in Greensboro at 6:30 pm.

The NCSCA Clash of the Carolinas team includes Hope Ingram who will play on June 29th at the WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary


Last night, the Lady Rams played their hearts out but lost to East Chapel Hill in the State 3A Championship. It is with great pride in our team that I tell you they always played with heart, determination, skill, and desire. To all the ladies, I congratulate you.

Digital tickets are available for the Women’s Soccer State Championships online through Huddle’s GoFan platform.  They are $10 + a service charge.  With a digital ticket, you will not need to wait in line to purchase a ticket at the game.  Also, you are able to pay with a credit card. NFHS Network

We are excited to be partnered with the NFHS Network and to have the Women’s Soccer Championships streamed LIVE on Saturday! For anyone who cannot make it to the games at Dail Soccer Complex, they will be able to watch all of the action from anywhere! The NFHS Network is a subscription-based digital network through which fans can watch from their computer, phone, tablet and even on Apple TV.  Please encourage those who can’t make it to the game to subscribe and watch on the NFHS Network! Last night, in a highly contested game, our Lady Rams pulled back from a 0-2 deficit to win in overtime, 5-3. This game was won through extra effort and heart! Congratulations to the Lady Rams who will now play East Chapel Hill for the State Championship in Raleigh this Saturday at 8:00pm.
